Jim Smart has performed as a solo Freddie Mercury tribute act for almost 20 years, travelling the country and playing iconic music venues including The Ferry in Glasgow and at Scotland's biggest tribute venues, hotels and events.
 

In March 2020, the wheels were set in motion to take the show to the highest level with a totally live and authentic sound. The 'LIVE Forever' band were formed later that month but Lockdown brought things to a grinding halt. However, the musicians have worked hard individually and remotely over the lockdown period to perfect their Queen sound, and as soon as regulations permitted it, started rehearsals together at Glasgow's Berkeley Studios late August 2020.
